Q. Are you able to use half of the cartridge and let it sit?
A. Yes, after any usage of the cartridge you can just leave the tip on, and the next time you use the cartridge just purge each side before adding a new tip.
Q. What do I do if the top section gets contaminated and hardens?
A. Soak the top cartridge piece in acetone or other cleaning solution and scrub off.
Q. Can I use a different adhesive formula in the same cartridge?
A. Yes, only if both parts of the cartridge are thoroughly cleaned. To reduce the need of cleaning, buy another Reload cartridge and use one for each adhesive chemistry.
Q. Can I reuse the tips?
A. No, currently we do not have the technology to be able to reuse these mixing tips… Yet
