The ReLoad Concept at a Glance
ReLoad takes proven two-part MMA and epoxy chemistries and puts them into foils that live inside a reusable cartridge shell. Instead of throwing away full plastic cartridges every time, you keep the shell and swap the foils, using your current dispensers and mix tips. No new gun required.

A Simplified, Greener System
Step 1: Load the Foils
Load the adhesive foils into the reusable cartridge body. Be mindful to load resin and activator in correct slots.
Step 2: Snap on Top
Snap on clear top and insert into standard dispensing gun to apply pressure to pistons. It is important to ensure both activator/resin foils get punctured. ReLoad has been designed to have patented unique puncture points designed into the nose cap that will self-puncture the foils when the dispensing gun is squeezed, pushing the foils into those self-puncturing designs. No need to cut the foils manually!!
Step 3: Ensure Adhesive Pods Get Punctured
Attach the static mixer with the standard supplied cam lock nut, just like you would using the standard single use cartridges. Same cam lock nut and static mixer!Bleed a small amount out of the mix tip for a clean mix.
Step 4: Dispense
Apply adhesive as usual. Leave used tip on if the cartridge is not fully spent.
Step 5: Reload
Disassemble nose cone and housing, remove empty/spent foils and ReLoad new foils in the back end of the housing, attach the same nose cone on the back end of the housing (reversible, wow!), and begin dispensing in record time. Discard used empty/spent foils into the standard trash can.
