The response at the Cottingham event was highly encouraging. Fabricators had the opportunity to see and handle our full range of high-performance structural adhesives, with particular interest in the new integration of SeamLock no-drip adhesive in the Reload 10:1 250ml cartridge system. This combination represents a significant advancement for the countertop fabrication industry. Reload Adhesives is excited to announce that LPE Group will officially introduce the innovative Reload reusable cartridge system to the European market following its presentation at the upcoming Verona Marmomac show in September.
The Reload system addresses a long-standing challenge in solid surface and quartz countertop production. By placing the pigment in the smaller side of the 10:1 cartridge while keeping the larger side as clear resin, fabricators gain access to an extensive color palette without the need to stock dozens of pre-colored cartridges. Shops can now maintain a lean inventory of the clear resin component and simply pair it with the appropriate pigmented cartridge as needed for each job. This approach dramatically reduces waste while preserving the precise mix ratios and consistent quality that professionals demand.
Beyond the environmental benefits, the Reload reusable cartridge system helps fabricators lower costs and streamline operations. Traditional single-use plastic cartridges generate substantial waste with every job. Reload replaces the majority of that plastic with a durable, precision-engineered reusable outer cartridge paired with lightweight laminated foil packs. At scale, this design delivers more than 98 percent reduction in cartridge-related packaging waste by weight or volume.
