As Vice President of R&D and a partner of Big Dog Adhesives since March 2022, Padma is a core member of the Big Dog management team. She leads our efforts to stay on the cutting edge of adhesive technology, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in methacrylate chemistry, epoxy formulation, cyanoacrylate synthesis, UV technology, threadlockers, sealants and more.
