At the center of our operations and technologies is Lou Giovannini, founder and managing partner of Big Dog Adhesives. With over 30 years in formulating, producing, packaging and selling solid surface seaming and structural adhesives, Lou has helped launch and grow brands like Acrybond, GlueBoss, SeamBoss, StoneBond, SeamLock, and others you’ll recognize if you work with countertops, composites or solid surface. He previously served as President of Avonite, Inc. (1992–1996) and brings that same hands-on perspective to Big Dog and ReLoad.
