Pierino has been with Big Dog Adhesives since May 2022, focusing on selling, marketing and developing adhesive solutions for the countertop market. He’s spent the past 19 years working alongside his dad in the plant, packaging adhesives, matching colors and mixing chemistries, giving him a deep, hands-on understanding of what fabricators need. Pierino holds a Finance degree from Purdue University (Boiler Up, Hammer Down).
